For a great moving company.

From the begining of move the customer service was great and the estimate was what the salesman said and the Movers were profesonal and curtious and went out of ther way to please my family ,I highly recommened these guys and they took specail care to move my Baby Grand piano and also took the time to assemble all my beds and entainment center as well as a fast and good job.

Horrible Experience.

This was a terrible experience. I had a small local move and needed a couple of men and a truck to have it happen.  I chose this company based on their quote being the cheapest.  I should have known.  They tried to charge me nearly double the quote I was given on the phone.  They brought 3 men and expected me to pay extra just because they decided to show up with more people.  There was a 3 hour minimum plus an hour of "labor" -- but this was easily a 2 man job, evidenced by the fact that they were done in under 2 hours.  If they had shown up with 5 men, is it my responsibility to pay?  They also had the nerve to try to charge me for tolls.. between Long Island City and Nassau County.  (For those of you who don't know this -- there are no tolls between LIC and Nassau County).  They also charged tax, which is fine, but not for a "Cash Only" business, which they told me much after the fact (note - the ad showed icons for Visa, Mastercard, AmEx..)  In addition, they spoke limited English yet somehow managed to threaten to steal some of my items.. "This is very nice.. Have to remember this address.. on Monday you leave for work, yes?"  Incredibly unprofessional.  Couldn't be less happy with this experience.  .

Long-distance move from New York to Maryland

Rude Employee.

I called this company to get a quote.  Told him it was a long distance move and then when he asked how many rooms and I told him, he said "I'm not interested" repeatedly and hung up on me.  Guess the move wasn't big enough for him.  I should of been skeptical anyway - the website gives vague information.  No DOT#, no address of where the business is located or a local phone number.  Very limited information.  I should be glad he hung up on me.  So this review is to warn others of the shadiness that may surround this "company".
